We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. - Achieve goals in sales and growth that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Develop and execute marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies to generate growing and profitable foodservice or retail sales in assigned area
- Develop strategies that are effective in bringing on new customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with existing business
- Provide real time data back to sales office, procurement team, operations to quickly resolve customer concerns
- Make sales calls to current and prospective customers
- Coordinate customer problem resolution
- Control customer relations and credit terms
- Collaborate with entire Sirna & Sons team and management to develop effective growth strategies
- Complete all administrative work and sales contact reporting in a timely manner
- Acquire new customers in accordance with objectives
- Collect market and competition data

- High school diploma or GED equivalent plus related specialized coursework
- At least 5 years successful fresh produce wholesale or retail sales or related management experience
- Proficient skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Travel as required
- $50,000 - $60,000/Year Commission (Based on experience)
