How you’ll make an impact:

As SiriusXM’s Senior Coordinator, Organizational Culture, Diversity & Impact, you’ll support the flawless execution of our culture, DEIB, and impact programs—bringing structure, creativity, and project management excellence to every initiative that strengthens connection, belonging, and purpose across our teams.

What you'll do:

• Support the planning and execution of organizational culture, DEIB, and impact programs, including events, celebrations, recognition moments, volunteering, and team member listening efforts, that foster community, connect team members to our business, and ensure meaningful, accessible experiences across the organization.

• Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for Community (ERGs) and SteerCo (local office identity & culture) programs.

• Support charitable match tracking and other impact-related processes.

• Help gather and organize team member sentiment data through surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement metrics; assist in preparing insights and recommendations for program improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications.

• Maintain program documentation, project plans, calendars, and resource materials to ensure consistency and alignment across organizational culture, DEIB, and impact initiatives.

• Manage ordering of food, supplies, and materials for initiatives; track expenses, reconcile receipts, and ensure accurate budget reporting.

• Assist with meeting prep, notetaking, and follow-up actions for cross-functional projects.

What you'll need:

• Experience in a coordinator role supporting team member experience, DEIB, communications, organizational development, or related areas.

• Familiarity with best practices in team member engagement, culture building, DEIB and philanthropic programs.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and other collaboration tools; experience in event coordination is a plus.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $55,000 to $72,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
