At Sirius Staffing, we are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Site Leader to oversee and drive all site-wide EH&S initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Environmental, Health & Safety programs while ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and corporate regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, regulatory expertise, and a proven ability to foster a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and corporate EH&S standards
- Serve as the primary EH&S authority and regulatory representative for the facility
- Develop and execute site EH&S strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor EH&S team members, including performance management and succession planning
- Oversee environmental compliance programs including air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, and chemical management
- Ensure all permits, inspections, reporting, and regulatory submissions are completed accurately and on time
- Manage occupational safety, industrial hygiene, contractor safety, and emergency response programs
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Support audits, inspections, and ISO-based assessments while driving closure of findings
- Analyze EH&S performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical field
- 8–10 years of progressive EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading EH&S teams and partnering with senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and environmental compliance programs
- Proven experience managing regulatory audits, inspections, and agency interactions
Preferred:
- CSP, CIH, or related professional certification
- ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similarly regulated industries

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
