What You'll Do
- Execute and review complex customer transactions with a high degree of accuracy and revenue awareness.
- Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Utilize SAP daily to process customer orders, research issues, and support business operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distribution channel partners.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify discrepancies, revenue risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, and IT to improve workflows, reporting, and system utilization.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Mentor team members by providing guidance on complex transactions and issue resolution.
- Drive operational efficiencies through process standardization, automation, and improved system utilization.
Required
- Hands-on SAP experience supporting commercial operations or customer order management.
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC), order management, customer operations, commercial operations, or supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
- Experience supporting wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, or pharmaceutical distribution channels.
- Knowledge of serialization and pharmaceutical distribution processes.
- Experience leading process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support a globally recognized biopharmaceutical organization making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
- Work alongside experienced professionals across Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, IT, and Commercial Operations.
- Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Long-term, 12-month contract with the opportunity to build valuable experience within a world-class pharmaceutical organization.
- Hybrid schedule with only one onsite day per week.
