Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for an ASE Exam Proctor, located in Lehi, UT and Payson. The ASE Exam Proctor will oversee testing environments to ensure a secure and efficient administration of certification exams. Responsibilities include verifying candidate identification, enforcing test protocols, monitoring the testing area for rule adherence, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and maintaining accurate test documentation. This role requires professionalism and a strong commitment to upholding integrity in the testing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in monitoring and maintaining security protocols in a testing or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify identification and documentation accurately
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills to address common issues with computers or testing software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with test-takers professionally
- Ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures without deviation
- Prior experience as a proctor or in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work on-site in Lehi, UT or Payson UT
