Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for a Continuous Improvement Manager based in Montreal, QC. The Continuous Improvement Manager will analyze current operational processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements across functions. This role will lead and facilitate process mapping workshops, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives using relevant methodologies and tools. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators, implement standard work, and track progress against improvement goals. Responsibilities also include documenting new processes, training teams on best practices, and reporting results and insights to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement, with a track record of driving measurable performance gains.
- Strong Analytical Skills, including proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to inform operational decisions.
- Background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, with familiarity in frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, facilitating workshops, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
