Regulatory & Finance Associate
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory & Finance Associate with 1–5 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, and legal/regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will work directly with the Executive Manager to support financial operations, compliance reporting, and regulatory documentation within a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Manager with regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and communication with external legal and financial partners.
Support finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, tax documentation, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain corporate and tax-related records in coordination with external accountants and auditors.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting company operations, including tax, corporate, and trade compliance.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and government submissions under supervision.
Coordinate with external counsel and consultants to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow tracking, and expense management.
Prepare internal compliance reports and maintain audit-ready files.
Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the Executive Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
1–5 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, or legal/regulatory support.
Working knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and financial reporting principles.
Familiarity with corporate governance, contract administration, or legal compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting
- This position reports directly to the Executive Manager and works in close coordination with the accounting and legal departments.
