Job Title: Compliance & Legal Operations Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Legal Analyst to directly support executive leadership. This role will be responsible for regulatory compliance, contract preparation, and legal review processes while providing strategic support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contract management, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, executive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support executive leadership on regulatory compliance matters and risk management
· Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
· Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
· Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders as needed
· Conduct compliance reviews and assist with internal audits
· Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
· Prepare executive-level summaries, reports, and briefing materials
· Maintain organized records of contracts, compliance documentation, and approvals
· Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, contract preparation, or legal review
· Strong understanding of compliance requirements and contract structures
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· High level of professionalism and ability to work closely with executive leadership
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
· Familiarity with compliance frameworks and corporate governance practices
· Experience in financial auditing, financial reporting, or related financial functions is a strong plus
· Experience in tax compliance (e.g., corporate tax filings, regulatory tax requirements, or coordination with tax advisors) is a strong plus
· Experience in a manufacturing or industrial companies is a strong plus
