Role Overview

We are seeking a Director – AI Delivery to lead large-scale AI programs for a strategic enterprise client in the payments/financial services domain.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI solution delivery
• Executive stakeholder management
• Program leadership & scaling

You will own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI initiatives, manage senior client stakeholders, and drive adoption of AI solutions across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML/GenAI programs (from discovery → build → deployment → scale) and oversee multiple workstreams
• Ensure production-grade deployment with governance, monitoring, and scalability
• Drive measurable business outcomes (productivity, revenue, risk reduction)

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary engagement lead for senior client stakeholders (Director/VP/SVP level)
• Translate business problems into AI-led solutions and roadmaps and build long-term trusted advisor relationships

Solution Leadership & Thought Partnership

• Shape AI solution architecture and implementation strategy
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams
• Drive prioritization of use cases based on impact vs feasibility

Team Leadership & Delivery Governance

• Establish delivery governance, sprint cadence, and quality benchmarks
• Mentor senior team members and build leadership bench strength and ensure alignment across offshore/onshore teams

Business Growth & Expansion

• Identify opportunities to expand footprint within the client
• Support proposal development, SOW creation, and pricing strategy
• Contribute to Sirius AI’s broader GTM and solution positioning

Required Qualifications:

Experience

• 12–16 years of experience in AI/ML delivery, Data science / analytics consulting, Enterprise technology programs
• Proven experience managing large enterprise clients in financial services or payments
• Strong track record of delivering production AI solutions at scale

Technical & Domain Expertise

Solid understanding of:

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI (LLMs, agents)
• Data platforms, pipelines, and MLOps
• AI governance, explainability, and compliance

Leadership & Stakeholder Skills

• Strong executive communication and storytelling ability and ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structured execution
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing presence
• Experience in payments, fintech, or banking domain
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI platforms
• Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms or high-growth AI startups
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $225,000 – $275,000
• Variable Pay: Performance-linked
