Seeking a Senior BI / Tableau Administrator to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence platforms. The consultant will be responsible for Tableau Cloud administration, Azure SQL support, Salesforce user administration, reporting platform monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability and performance of business-critical analytics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.
- Manage Tableau environments across Development, Test, and Production.
- Monitor Tableau platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.
- Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
- Deploy and promote reports across environments.
- Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database environments.
- Investigate reporting data issues and perform data validation activities.
- Monitor database connectivity, query performance, and data refresh processes.
- Assist with SQL and SOQL troubleshooting and optimization.
- Monitor and support Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
- Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues.
- Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations.
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams on deployments and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
