Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of products, applications, and enterprise solutions
- Lead product research, development, enhancement, qualification, and delivery activities
- Coordinate product deployment schedules, feature releases, maintenance cycles, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and fulfill product requirements
- Oversee product development schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as a technical consultant for evaluating and integrating new technologies
- Ensure product specifications align with business objectives and operational goals
- Maintain centralized inventory of products, applications, and technology solutions
- Capture, monitor, and report operational initiatives according to reporting standards
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop dashboards and reporting solutions
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created, documented, and maintained
- Support operational continuity, emergency response, and strategic initiatives
- Provide operational governance and leadership reporting support
- Coordinate with business teams to validate functional and performance requirements
- Prepare lifecycle summaries, replacement documentation, and operational reports for leadership review
- Support implementation of strategic operational initiatives and business improvements
- Assist with continuous improvement, process optimization, and reporting enhancements
- Perform additional operational and program-related duties as assigned
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology, product engineering, operations, or technology integration
- Strong experience in product lifecycle management and product delivery
- Experience managing enterprise product development and enhancement initiatives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Strong operational governance, reporting, and program management experience
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and operational monitoring processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Experience managing product schedules, releases, and deployment activities
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Strong product management and operational leadership capabilities preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise operational environments preferred

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
