SIRIS is actively building a strong candidate pipeline to support multiple discipline Construction Manager roles for an upcoming Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare construction projects located in North Dallas, Texas. This posting supports openings for Construction Managers, Senior Architects, Mechanical Engineers, and Electrical Engineers. About The Role
In this role, you will function in an Owner’s Representative and advisory capacity, supporting major federal healthcare construction programs from design through construction and closeout. You will report to a Program Manager and work closely with VA client representatives, contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery.
This role does not perform trade or contractor self-perform work. Instead, it focuses on oversight, coordination, analysis, and client representation on complex healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of healthcare construction projects from design through closeout
- Monitor and analyze project budgets, expenditures, change orders, and cost trends
- Review construction schedules, progress reports, and contractor performance
- Participate in project meetings and support payment reviews and reporting
- Maintain documentation supporting issue identification, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
- Monitor testing, inspection, and quality assurance activities for compliance
- Support commissioning activities, including coordination and documentation review
- Review contractor submittals and reported progress for conformance with approved plans and contracts
- Prepare analytical reports and correspondence for client and leadership review
- Apply company best practices related to healthcare project delivery, safety, quality, and compliance
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in construction administration, construction management, or a related field
- Experience supporting regulated environments (healthcare, federal, or institutional) preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience supporting VA, DOD, or other federal healthcare construction programs
- Professional certifications such as PE, EIT, AIA, CCM, PMP, or RCDD
- Healthcare or institutional building construction experience
