Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters

The Engineering Program Manager plays a mission-critical role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale, complex software initiatives across Sirion’s rapidly growing SaaS platform. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and business teams—driving delivery excellence, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with customer and organizational goals.

Your work will directly influence product quality, development velocity, and cross-functional coordination across globally distributed teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead regulatory and compliance-driven programs (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001), coordinating across security, legal, engineering, and external auditors to ensure timely certification, continuous compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Own engagement with external stakeholders such as assessors, auditors, and compliance partners; manage evidence collection, remediation plans, and audit schedules.
  • Establish and maintain compliance control frameworks, risk registers, and executive-level reporting for security, privacy, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Lead program execution by managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple engineering tracks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through structured risk management frameworks, contingency planning, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering closely with engineering leads, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through rigorous tracking of milestones, dependencies, and program health metrics.
  • Anticipate challenges by analyzing trends, identifying roadblocks early, and driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain program plans covering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and mitigations.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions to ensure engineering efforts are aligned with business priorities and customer commitments.
  • Promote efficiency and governance by enforcing processes, templates, and best practices across the engineering organization.
