Summary
Seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 4 years of software development experience and 1 year of Contact Center/Conversational AI experience. The ideal candidate will build AI-powered web applications, responsive UIs, and backend microservices that integrate with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using React/Vue and Java/Python.
- Build secure APIs and backend microservices for AI/LLM integrations.
- Design chat interfaces and manage complex multi-turn conversation state.
- Integrate with RAG, Agentic AI, and conversational AI platforms.
- Optimize application performance, streaming UI (SSE/WebSockets), and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 4 years of Full-Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with React/Vue, Java/Python, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Experience with Contact Center, Conversational AI, or Chat Applications.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI integrations.
- Expertise in Redux/Zustand/Vuex, WebSockets/SSE, API Security (OWASP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
