A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT DISHWASHER
In this entry-level dishwashing position, you are vital to the success of our kitchen operations. Your main priority is to help keep our kitchen clean and our cooks stocked with clean dishes. You wash pots and pans by hand and run other dishes through the dishwashing machine. After dishes have been washed, you inspect them to ensure they are completely clean. You collect dirty dishes and pots and help keep the kitchen clean. You help the kitchen staff with various tasks like stocking and replenishing their supplies. You keep the employee and guest bathrooms clean and stocked. You take pride in the part you play in keeping our restaurant safe, clean, and sanitized!
