Siren Song Wines is seeking an organized, creative, hospitality-focused Events Manager to lead weddings, private events, winery experiences, and celebrations in one of Washington’s premier destination wine regions.

What You’ll Do
Plan & Execute Exceptional Events
- Coordinate weddings, private parties, wine dinners, corporate events, and special experiences
- Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor communication, and staffing
- Prepare and communicate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Ensure flawless execution from planning through breakdown
Create Memorable Guest Experiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event guests
- Deliver elevated hospitality and personalized service
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve problems
- Ensure events feel seamless, welcoming, and polished
Collaborate Across Departments
- Coordinate with culinary, tasting room, and hospitality teams
- Communicate event expectations clearly and effectively
- Help align operational execution with the Siren Song brand experience
Support Business Growth
- Assist with event sales inquiries and client relationship building
- Help develop creative event concepts and guest experiences
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives tied to events

Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in event management, hospitality, weddings, or luxury service environments preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with event software, POS systems, and hospitality operations preferred
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
