Role Description
On-site Barn and Facilities Assistant role located in Fulshear, TX. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the barn and surrounding facilities, conducting light maintenance and cleaning tasks, caring for the horses, and ensuring a safe and organized environment for riders, staff, volunteers, and animals. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with equipment setup, overseeing facilities to ensure operational efficiency, and supporting the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with SIRE's mission.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varied conditions
- Previous experience in a barn or agricultural environment is a plus
- Familiarity with horse care and safety around animals is an asset
