We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Security Officer to join our team and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and team members.

Position Overview:

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and property at Sirata Beach Resort. This role requires a guest-service-oriented mindset, the ability to respond quickly to emergencies, and a friendly yet professional demeanor. Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all areas of the resort to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests and team members.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to prevent theft, disturbances, or unauthorized access.
• Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical calls, and other incidents.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
• Enforce resort policies while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Assist guests with directions, resort information, or other customer service needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
