Position: Deskside Support

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of our desktop environments. You will work closely with end-users to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirement
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Perform system imaging, deployment, and recovery for end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and support applications and system updates.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Service Desk to escalate and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
- Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Provide support for video conferencing systems and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and IT storage.

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
