- Windows Client Upgrade Experience:
- Extensive experience in performing Windows Client device upgrades using SCCM Task Sequences, covering both in-place upgrades and feature updates across enterprise-scale environments.
- OSD Task Sequence Management:
- Demonstrated ability to design, create, and modify Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences to support new operating system versions and deployment requirements.
- PowerShell Scripting Skills:
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to customize imaging processes, automate tasks, and diagnose or resolve imaging-related issues efficiently.
- End-User Engagement and Support:
Ability to interact directly with end users throughout the upgrade and deployment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective resolution of issues to maintain a positive user experience.
- Microsoft Intune Knowledge:
