Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Director to lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex infrastructure transformation programs across cloud, data centers, networks, security, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive cloud transformation, hybrid cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, project management standards, and best practices.
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, outsourcing partners, and service providers.
- Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, project managers, architects, and technical leads.
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and project milestones are consistently achieved.
Required Skills
- 15 years of Infrastructure Program Management experience.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong experience with Data Centers and Hybrid Infrastructure.
- Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

- Experience with Hybrid Cloud environments.
