Embedded Firmware Engineer – ARM & Windows
Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite Preferred

Note: Only candidates with strong hands-on firmware implementation and hardware debugging experience will be considered.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ARM firmware development, hardware debugging, and Windows device/driver development.
Key Requirements:
- Strong C/C firmware development experience on ARM-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M and processor architecture.
- Experience across Application Layer, Middleware, HAL, and low-level firmware.
- Strong expertise in board bring-up, hardware validation, and debugging.
- Experience with JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Experience with Windows device/driver development, WDK, SDK, ADK, and HLK preferred.
- Knowledge of UEFI, bootloaders, BSP, ARM TrustZone, and Secure Boot is a plus.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release processes.
- Programming experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python is preferred.
