We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user support and maintain IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Provide on-call support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays for critical (P1/P2) incidents and scheduled activities.
Perform installation, configuration, imaging, and re-imaging of Windows desktops and laptops.
Handle IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) activities and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Support and configure mobile devices including Android, iPhone, and other wireless devices.
Use tools like SCCM, Ghost, and remote desktop applications for system deployment and issue resolution.
Manage and update tickets using ITSM tools, ensuring proper documentation and user satisfaction.
Perform Active Directory tasks including user support, GPO application, and access management.
Assist with setup, relocation, and maintenance of IT equipment across office locations.
Follow ESD safety standards while handling hardware and ensure proper equipment handling procedures.
Provide hands-on support for software installation, updates, and troubleshooting Microsoft applications.
Travel to nearby sites when required to provide onsite technical support.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and operational procedures.
