JD:
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-users' desktop and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications including
Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
Communicate and work comfortably with customer executives and end users.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Document all support activities, including resolutions, in the ticketing system.
Ensure compliance with customer IT policies and procedures.
Manage incoming inventory as part of the project
Reimage laptops to new version of image
