What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory system
- Manage parts inquiries via phone and in-person with a professional, helpful attitude
- Distribute parts efficiently and accurately to the service team
- Collaborate daily with service and sales departments to keep the workflow smooth and productive
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with GM parts and Tekion DMS is a bonus (and will make your life easier)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
- Competitive pay: $50,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience and performance
