Position Overview

You will serve as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating job details internally to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers professionally
- Assess customer needs and gather detailed specifications for print and signage orders
- Input job specifications accurately into our order management system
- Manage orders through the print shop from start to completion
- Provide updates on project status, timelines, and customer questions
- Communicate clearly with production staff and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining an organized front office
- Support customers with a positive, solution-oriented approach
