Tile and Stone Revitalization Technician I - Sir Grout South Sound

About Sir Grout South Sound:  

Sir Grout South Sound, a veteran-owned franchise, is looking for a Tile and Stone Revitalization Technician to join our growing team. We provide full training to help our Technicians restore tile, grout, and natural stone like marble and granite to look like new. We’re looking for someone who has experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or floor polishing and pays great attention to detail. Being on time is important, and you need a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits:  

- $250 cash bonus after training period is complete.
- $25/hr during training period

- $28-$32 per hour plus tips  

- Bonuses for positive customer reviews (e.g., Google, Yelp)

This is a full-time job. You may work alone on smaller projects or with a team on bigger jobs. The work week is five days with occasional Saturday shifts. The job mostly involves indoor work in homes, but sometimes you'll work in businesses.

Qualifications and Attributes:  

- Experience with cleaning and maintaining tile, grout, and natural stone is preferred  

- Experience with caulking is a plus  

- Skilled in detailed cleaning and maintenance for homes and businesses  

- Friendly and good at building relationships with customers  

- Dedicated to providing high-quality service with attention to detail  

- Must be punctual and reliable  

- Should work with a sense of urgency and manage time well  

- Experience as a Maid, Housekeeper, Custodian, or similar is a plus  

- Veterans, reservists, and family members of service members are encouraged to apply  

Physical Requirements:  

- Frequent simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements  

- Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and exerting up to 20 pounds of force  

- Occasionally bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and walking on uneven surfaces  

- Ability to work outdoors and climb stairs in different weather conditions
