Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Track Attendant to join our team. As a Track Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their safety and satisfaction on the track. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests onto track and in go kart
- Provide information about operation of go kart, and safety guidelines
- Have the ability to concentrate and not get distracted.
- Discipline to operate the track with the same standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
Experience:
- No experience needed, we are willing to train.
