What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Robotics position at SippTech?
Director of Robotics
Location: Wichita, KS (onsite)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
About SippTech
SippTech is reshaping how the world renews its most critical infrastructure — our water systems. Our Manufactured In-Place Composite Pipe (MICP) technology transforms deteriorating pipelines into fully structural, high-performance systems, installed robotically from the inside. No excavation. No disruption. Maximum integrity.

Our mission is simple but important:
Integrity Renewed.
Our vision is clear and ambitious:
Combining proven principles with modern methods and materials, SippTech delivers the market’s only water pipeline rehabilitation solution capable of scaling as fast as the 2.2 million miles of crumbling infrastructure.
Our strategy is core: Build Trust
We’re building more than technology. We’re building trust — through demonstrated results, clear communication, and endorsement from those who share our mission to modernize water systems for generations to come.
For over a decade, SippTech has been establishing innovative methods and intellectual property, meeting, exceeding and establishing new compliance standards, and delivering pilot projects to build trust. That decade — from prototype to production, from field trial to full-scale deployment — has built the foundation for the next generation of intelligent infrastructure manufacturing.
Now we’re seeking a Director of Robotics to apply our learning, leading this revolution in pipeline rehabilitation

Why This Role Matters
Water infrastructure is civilization’s silent foundation. For too long, its renewal has depended on excavation and disruption. SippTech’s robotics change that — manufacturing structural renewal from within the pipe itself.
As Director of Robotics, you will lead the team that makes our mission viable and scalable. You will bridge digital intelligence, mechanical precision, and real-world durability. You will transform a decade of applied learning into scalable, life-extending technology.
This is robotics with purpose.
This is engineering with impact.
This is Integrity Renewed.
