Key Responsibilities -
- Operate Class A dump trucks (tri-axle, tandem, or tractor-trailer) safely and efficiently
- Haul and dump materials at construction sites, quarries, and disposal locations
- Navigate job sites, roadways, and tight areas while maintaining control and awareness
- Inspect trucks before and after each trip to ensure safe operation (brakes, tires, lights, fluid levels, etc.)
- Perform proper load securement and ensure loads are within legal weight limits
- Communicate with dispatchers, foremen, and job site crews to coordinate deliveries
- Follow DOT regulations and all local traffic laws at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, timesheets, and daily inspection reports
- Assist with light labor or yard duties when not driving, as needed
- Keep trucks clean and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience; dump truck experience required
- Experience with manual transmission preferred
- Knowledge of load distribution, dump angles, and tipping safety
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with field teams
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Current DOT medical card required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
- Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area
