Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:
QUALITY REPORTING SPECIALIST
1 – Full Time on site position
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
- RN licensure or health related bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with, and ability to work with, community health center patient populations.
- Ability to assist with determining and implementing health care improvement initiatives.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Advanced computer and data entry skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
- As directed by the CHPO and Quality Manager, Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, analyze, and validate data from EHR and other organizational databases.
- Prepare reports, and manage clerical responsibilities involved in the evaluation, tracking, coordination, development, implementation and maintenance of organizational quality measures, bi-annual patient satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate, perform and maintain audits necessary for, but not limited to, UDS quality measures, payor quality incentive programs, and patient attribution.
- These functions are not all inclusive.
