Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:
Compliance Auditor
1 – Full-time ON Site Position
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field of study or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Obtain Certification in Health Care Compliance within 2 years.
- Knowledge of key risk areas, previous compliance experience, understanding of key compliance requirements, previous experience with compliance audits.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
- Conduct routine and targeted internal compliance audits
- Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommended corrective actions
- Track corrective action plans and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Develop routine monitoring plans in collaboration with each department leader
- Assist with compliance and privacy incident intake, documentation, investigation, and mitigation
- Support data collection for risk assessments, site visits, and other external audits
- Assist with developing compliance and privacy training presentations and learning materials
- Assist with developing and maintaining compliance program policies and procedures
- Monitor deadlines to ensure formal performance evaluations are completed prior to contract renewal or extensions
- These functions are not all inclusive
