The Assistant Preschool Director ensures that the mission, vision and values of Siouxland Christian school are executed with excellence for SCS Preschool children and their families. |

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A passionate follower of Jesus Christ who loves kids and wants to lead an educational effort that teaches students from a Biblical worldview. |
|
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Three years in preschool leadership preferred, three years in preschool setting preferred, familiar with and meet qualifications for Preschool Director as mandated by Iowa HHS and Preschool Statewide Initiative. |

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in early childhood education or educational leadership preferred. |

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. A positive attitude and collaborative leadership style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates patience, care, and kindness to teachers, staff, students and families. |

SPIRITUAL REQUIREMENTS A committed Christian with a personal faith and a passion for Christian education. Understanding of and commitment to the SCS mission, vision, and values of SCS and in full agreement with the doctrine and tenets of faith. Faithfully attends a church whose beliefs are in agreement with the SCS doctrine and tenets of faith. Be comfortable and gifted in spiritual leadership and resolving conflict using Matthew 18 principles. Demonstrate humble servant leadership.
