Job Summary: Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding maintenance
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Be available for evening shifts and occasional weekend work
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED preferred

Hospitality experience preferred

Completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience preferred

An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
