Shinwooenc Corp. is looking for a helper to work in Jeffersonville, OH - Follow construction plans to ensure welding construction in factory building. Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on time - Ensure jobs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
· Punctuality & Reliability: Must have a strong commitment to consistent attendance and arriving on time for all shifts.
· Drug Screening: Must be able to positively pass initial and random drug screening.
· Work Ethic: Hard-working, diligent, and able to follow instructions from supervisors accurately.
· Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain smooth relationships with colleagues and effectively execute tasks.
· Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
· Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
· Education: High school or equivalent (G.E.D.).
· Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
· Schedule: Available Monday to Friday, with weekends and nights as needed.
· Preferred Skills: Experience at a construction site, Korean speaking ability, and certifications for Fork-lift, Scissor-lift, or Boom-lift (preferred but not required).
