Primary Purpose:
Assist with custodial or food service duties during staff absences. Substitute custodians help keep district buildings clean and safe. Substitute food service staff help prepare and serve meals and keep kitchen and serving areas clean.
Education/Certification:
Must meet district requirements for the assigned position.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to use assigned equipment and supplies safely
Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff
Ability to perform the physical duties of the assigned position
Experience:
Cleaning, food preparation, food service, or related work experience preferred.
