What you19ll do
- Engineer control panels and electrical schematics with AutoCAD Electrical.
- Design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits to achieve machine functionality.
- Program PLCs and HMIs in Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 or Siemens TIA Portal.
- Specify and integrate sensors, safety devices, VFDs, servos, and vision systems.
- Lead commissioning and debug at our facility and customer sites (~25% travel).
- Oversee small-to-mid-size projects to hit scope, schedule, and budget targets.
- Deliver clear Operator and Maintenance manuals for customer success.
Must-haves
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- 5E280937 years in controls or industrial automation.
- Deep familiarity with Rockwell or Siemens ecosystems.
- Safety PLC programming; understanding of ISO 13849.
- Industrial communications: EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Link-IO.
- Standards knowledge: NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 79.
- Strong troubleshooting and applied math skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Mitsubishi GX Works.
- Industry 4.0 / data integration exposure.
Work conditions
