What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotic Weld Operator position at Sintel Manufacturing?
- Tack parts together for Robotic Weld
- Operate and run Robotic Weld Cell (Fanuc Lincoln)
- Finish Welding and Weld touchup of post-welded parts
- Read and interpret blueprints for weld requirements
- Perform basic crane lifts
- Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill etc.)
- Meet standard work requirements for all welded assemblies
- Effectively communicate potential quality and/or compliance deviations (i.e. revisions, weld symbols)
- Complete all quality related documentation as per work instructions
