What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotic Weld Operator position at Sintel Inc.?

  • Tack parts together for Robotic Weld
  • Operate and run Robotic Weld Cell (Fanuc Lincoln)
  • Finish Welding and Weld touchup of post-welded parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints for weld requirements
  • Perform basic crane lifts
  • Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill etc.)
  • Meet standard work requirements for all welded assemblies
  • Effectively communicate potential quality and/or compliance deviations (i.e. revisions, weld symbols)
  • Complete all quality related documentation as per work instructions
