Sinplicity is looking for a motivated Cook to join our production team and help us continue delivering exceptional meals to businesses throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.

Kitchen Prep Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
- Follow recipes and execute daily production requirements with consistency and attention to detail.
- Assist with cooking, portioning, packaging, and assembling orders for corporate catering events.
- Coordinate with the Chef and Operations team to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Properly store, rotate, and label food following food safety guidelines.
- Respect and maintain all kitchen equipment used in the execution of your tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen, prep cook, line cook, or food production experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
