**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager/AR Specialist
**Job Overview:**
As the Human Resources Manager you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our staff. You will be responsible for weekly timesheet reconciliations, PTO reconciliations and bi-weekly payroll processing and employee benefit administration. You will assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, training and offboarding, as well as preparation of staff performance review information.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your will be responsible for assisting with daily and monthly invoicing, daily reconciliations and monthly statement. You will also assist in following up on past due accounts and monitoring the collection process.
**Responsibilities:**
- Payroll processing, benefit administration, reconciliation and payment of insurance premiums
- Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, training and offboarding
- Preparation of employee performance review information
- Assistance with preparation of daily and monthly invoices and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly client statement preparation and various Accounts Receivable reports for management
- Monitor and proactively follow up on past-due accounts and help oversee the collection process
**Qualifications:**
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Capable of taking initiative and completing tasks with minimal oversight
- Background in Human Resources and payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, especially Microsoft Excel
