About the Role
The company’s Integrated Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in the RUST Programming Language and proven experience developing systems with RUST to guide the next generation of mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Guiding adoption of RUST throughout the embedded development.
- Managing integration or conversion of legacy software to RUST.
- Providing best practices and architectural guidance for memory-safe usage of RUST.
- Developing best practices and implementation guidance.
- Translating requirements into working and maintainable solutions for our C5 and Cyber Solution Centers.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with an Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree.
- 5 years of experience developing RUST software with a deep understanding of the language.
- Experience with C/C development and object-oriented design.
Required Skills
- Strong (expert) RUST Software Engineer.
- Active Secret clearance willing to work onsite 100%.
