SingleSource Property Solutions is seeking a Valuations Manager to oversee operations and drive performance in our Canonsburg, PA office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage department workflow to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency across all valuation products.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent, past-due, or complex valuation issues from clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Valuations Director to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and financial goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and lead meetings with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support vendor and associate scorecard initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Recommend process improvements for internal operations and vendor training programs.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years of experience in an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) or residential appraisal environment.
- 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- USPAP Certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with both commercial and residential valuations is highly desirable.
