About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused, and customer-driven Station Manager to lead daily station and ground operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient customer service, safe and compliant airside operations, and effective supervision of station personnel. The Station Manager oversees the implementation of company ground operations policies and procedures at the station level while coordinating with airport authorities and service providers to ensure smooth, reliable operations. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience in airline or ground operations
  • Experience enforcing operational policies and procedures preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of aviation experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, leadership, and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills

What You’ll DoYour duties include, but are not limited to:Station Leadership and Operations

  • Provide an efficient and professional customer service operation at the station
  • Administer and supervise daily station operations to ensure safe and efficient airside and ground activities
  • Implement and enforce ground operations policies and procedures at the station level
  • Determine when stationlevel procedures require review or modification and communicate recommendations as needed
  • Ensure agents assigned to flights are properly trained and perform duties in accordance with company manuals

Safety, Security, and Compliance

  • Promote safe practices and encourage the reporting of safety concerns or observations
  • Facilitate hazard identification and stationlevel safety risk assessments
  • Conduct Safety Risk Management (SRM) activities in accordance with the Safety Policies and Procedures Manual (SPPM)
  • Routinely observe station operations to ensure compliance with company, FAA, and airport policies
  • Review audit findings related to station ground operations and implement corrective actions as required
  • Maintain accurate and current training records for station employees and contracted personnel

Coordination and Operational Readiness

  • Communicate with airport authorities and aircraft servicing vendors regarding station services, including fueling, deicing, and ground handling
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, servicing companies, and local hotels/facilities in preparation for aircraft incidents or irregular operations
  • Schedule and oversee flight catering activities to ensure proper products are delivered to assigned flights
  • Communicate catering and provisioning updates to InFlight and Management to ensure accurate information is provided to crews

Customer Service and Administrative Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to customer complaints via telephone, email, and written correspondence
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer correspondence to support complaint resolution
  • Ensure consistent delivery of customer service standards across all station personnel
