Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of the truck driver. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Must pass a drug screen, andMUST HAVE CDLbefore hiring. This position is available immediately.
Responsibilities for truck driver:
*Perform and document pre-trip inspection
*Drive local routes that get you home most days
*Assist in loading and unloading trucks and racks at the job site and yard
*Cleans and performs routine maintenance on truck and trailer
*Perform daily truck log input data
*Perform daily checklist on truck
*Responsible for maintaining Quality and Safety Awareness
This position will report directly to Yard Supervisor appointed to monitor the work location or a designated company representative. Drives dump trucks and flatbed trailers to relocate trailers from job to job, hauling excess materials off of job sites.
Qualifications for truck driver:
Unexpired CDL truck driver's license
Industrial warehouse experience required
STS Certificate of Road Test
Some loading and unloading trucks required
Maintain truck & trailer safety as outlined by the FMCSA
Must have a high awareness of safety at all times
Salary : $25 - $35
