We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead construction and restoration projects from initial planning through final completion. This hands-on role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating employee work, managing maintenance work orders, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers, property managers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of construction and restoration projects from start to finish, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules; assign and coordinate daily work for employees and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage and schedule maintenance work orders, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Serve as the main liaison with customers, property managers, vendors, and internal teams; conduct regular progress meetings and provide clear status updates.
Ensure all work complies with company standards, local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
Track project costs, materials, and labor hours; prepare change orders and invoices as needed.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Resolve issues promptly, including scheduling conflicts, material delays, or customer concerns.
Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and records in company systems.
Promote a strong safety culture and enforce all safety protocols on job sites.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing construction, restoration, or maintenance projects.
Clean driver’s license (required – must be able to drive company vehicles and pass background check).
Current OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Proficiency in basic computer programs: Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), Microsoft Word, and other standard office applications (Excel strongly preferred for scheduling and reporting).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers, property managers, and field teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential or commercial restoration (water, fire, mold, or storm damage) and general construction.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Additional certifications such as IICRC, EPA Lead RRP, or OSHA 30 are highly valued.
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate active construction sites.
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. and ability to climb ladders or stairs as needed for site inspections.
Flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines.
