Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative located in Lenexa, KS. The role involves managing printing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include expediting orders, overseeing logistics, ensuring quality inspection of deliverables, and maintaining effective communication with clients to meet their needs. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expediting and handling Expeditor-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Strong Project Management skills for planning, executing, and managing multiple projects within deadlines and budgets
- Experience with Inspection processes to maintain exceptional quality control standards
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for coordinating deliveries, scheduling, and supply chain needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with commercial printing processes and terminology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
