About the Role:

The Process Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis software.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Utilize process simulation tools to model and predict the outcomes of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Lead projects aimed at scrap reduction and cost savings while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills:

The required skills in Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering will be utilized daily to analyze and improve manufacturing processes. Process Simulation expertise will allow the engineer to create models that predict the impact of changes before implementation. Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations will ensure that the engineer understands the practical aspects of production and can effectively communicate with the operations team.
