About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale sales operations across Latin America (LATAM) and the United States. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for large-scale team direction, multi-market revenue growth, operational excellence, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
This role requires an experienced commercial leader capable of directing complex regional structures, optimizing high-value portfolios, and driving consistent performance across culturally diverse markets.
This position will:
• Provide executive leadership across multiple international markets
• Direct large-scale regional sales structures and leadership teams
• Drive aggressive, sustainable revenue growth strategies
• Oversee a complex, multi-million USD commercial portfolio
• Serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and provide strategic direction to 1,500 employees across LATAM and US regional markets, including senior sales leaders, regional managers, and field teams
• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with global organizational objectives
• Drive regional revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market expansion initiatives
• Oversee, manage, and expand a multi-million USD sales portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance and return on investment
• Establish regional forecasting models, sales KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
• Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, operational standards, and compliance protocols across all territories
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and major stakeholders across multiple markets
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, partnership channels, and revenue streams
• Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to senior sales leaders; build leadership succession pipelines
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Drive organizational alignment between sales, operations, marketing, and customer success teams
• Lead cultural transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales organization
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
• 14 years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience
• Extensive experience managing multi-country or regional sales operations
• Proven track record of leading large-scale sales organizations (1,000 employees)
• Demonstrated success managing high-value, multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios
• Strong expertise in B2B sales leadership, strategic expansion, and revenue acceleration
• Hands-on experience operating across LATAM and US markets
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing regional P&L performance
• Advanced strategic thinking, planning, and business development capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required) for effective regional leadership
