Overview
HELLO,
Thank you for your interest in this private duty position located in Pepper Pike and in her private single family home.
During the dinner hour, you will work with another nurse and have my mother drink her nutritional drink and water. Also she does her spirometry and incentive spirometer lung exercises. She is given her nightly medication as well. One medication is based on her Bp so her Bp is taken before the medication is given as the dosage is based on the doctors parameters. My mother is anemic so we heat her nightgown in the towel warmer container and get her undressed and ready for bed. She likes her electric blanket on level 1 when she is in bed.
She ambulates with a walker, is continent, is on level 1 oxygen, and weighs 141 lbs, and is under 5'. There are no pets in the home.
We monitor and document her fluid intake and output as she has CKD and HF.
We also listen to her lungs and heart and take her pulse ox as well.
My mother enjoys watching the Cavs, AGT, Guardians, & Family Feud.
For ease of the schedule we have 2-3 caretakers there at one time.
5pm-8pm is available every FRIDAY
7pm-11pm is available EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, "A" FRIDAY, (we rotate weekends A and B)
7pm-11pm is available EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, "A" SATURDAY
11pm-7am is available every FRIDAY
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
